Meet Free c.p adjacent Hadleigh Swimming Pool opposite The Cock Inn, George Street. Post code : IP7 5BP
Free Parking.
We will then catch the 9:50 bus to Sudbury -Cost 4.50 and walk back to Hadleigh on the Wool Towns Trail
Change of plan from original Idea to walk two sections. The start was too early due to bus timetable and the distance probably too far for a social walk in October! I am going to also cancel the November part 2 of the walk with the aim to put on in the spring when we have more daylight hours.
The route starts out along The River Stour in Sudbury and then heads out to Little Cornard and Assisington where we can have lunch in the Church. We will then head over to Boxford which has a village shop full of goodies to restock on! Finally finishing back in Hadleigh
General Notes
There are toilets at the bus stop in Hadleigh. Various shops in Sudbury and of course back at Hadleigh. Dogs are welcome
