Please note the new start location. To enable early risers a breakfast in the Wetherspoons pub from 08.00. Either meet inside if before 08.55 or after on Union street outside the front doors of the Union Rooms.

Route
From The Union Rooms, Union Street, Plymouth. To Looe railway station for the return journey,( or alternatively bus stop for return if preferred.) An alternative start point from the ferry at Torpoint could be negotiated with the organiser for the 14 mile option
From the city centre, there is a 3 mile walk mostly along pavement & through Devonport Park to the ferry to Torpoint (free service for pedestrians) From Torpoint on road & footpath to join the coast path at Tregantle Fort. Then using the coast path to Looe
General Notes
For the return journey to Plymouth - or elsewhere. There are rail & bus options from Looe. A pub stop will be included for those who wish to. Dogs welcome on a short lead. Bring a picnic lunch or buy bar meal in the pub. Please contact the leader if you intend joining this walk
