Route
Meet in front of Colwyn Bay station. Either come by rail from Chester or park in Colwyn Bay - there may be free on street parking around Upper Promenade or paid parking at the station 4.50 pounds
Along the eastern section of the North Wales path - the route goes inland from Old Colwyn returning to the coast at Llanddulas. After a lengthy coastal stretch it heads inland again to Rhuddlan & Dyserth before heading down the old railway to Prestatyn where the path finishes
General Notes
This is a linear walk - the train ticket back to Colwyn Bay costs 9 pounds
Apart from the first & last sections this is on the flat.
This is a continuation of last year's 50th anniversary walk from Bangor to Colwyn Bay. There will be opportunities to cut the walk short at Abergele and Pensarn or Rhyl railway stations
