Runners welcome. Closing date for entries is Wednesday 13th March 2019 for online or postal if e-mail address is provided so that confirmation and route description can be sent electronically. Limit of 300. 14-18 years accepted on 17 mile route but must be accompanied by parent/guardian throughout
