Regarding Proposal No 4 of the Management Meeting:
 
“that we endeavor each year (decision to be taken at the AGM) to donate £1,000 between four different Mountain Rescue Groups (MRGs) and that this is dependent on the group’s financial situation"
 
Members are asked to email the secretary (secretary.theirregulars@ldwa.org.uk), regarding which MRGs they feel were most in need, before the end of March 2019.
 
Can I take this opportunity to remind you that annual subscriptions are now due.  If you have already renewed, thank you and ignore this reminder.  If you do not intend to renew your subscription, please inform the Secretary so we can updates our records.

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
