A Wealden walk and an early fanfare for the Founders Marshals

First off, here's an early alert concerning the Founders Marshals Walk on Saturday week (14th September): Gordon, who is organising the event, would like those planning to join the Marshals Walk to notify leaders Gavin and Isabel well in advance so a) they can wait for them, as with earlier than usual starts travel plans could go awry b) route descriptions and GPX tracks can be shared: checking them is one of the purposes of these walks. All the details below, along with those of this Saturday's walk, a tempting-sounding Wealden hike from Sevenoaks to Tonbridge.

It's been a while since we've had a photo of some cows and now two have come along at once.  Above: These golden beasts were spotted on Nigel's A Weald Away Walk. PHOTO Ian Fairweather Below: A pair of Belties on Jerome's tour of the South Chilterns PHOTO Ian Watson
