Grassington to West Coast Walk

153 km / 95 miles

Cumbria, Lancs, N Yorks
'100 Miles in 7 Days' across the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, the Morecambe Bay Coast and South Lakes Peninsula. The route follows a path through the southernmost part of the Yorkshire Dales National Park visiting some amazing features, from Gordale Scar, Janet's Foss, Malham Cove, the Warrendale Knots, Victoria Cave & Trow Gill, Ingleborough, Ingleton Glen walk, King's Dale and the ridge along Gragareth to Great Coum. And that's just the first three days! From there the walk is a further three or four days in the company of the sea, the immense Morecambe Bay sky and the rolling hills of the South Lakeland Peninsula.

See also Grassington to the East Coast by the same author, with the two routes jointly named 'Bay to Bay Walks'.
