A route encircling Barden Fell, it follows the river Wharfe to Bolton Bridge, and then takes in the villages of Draughton, Eastby, Embsay, Flasby, Rylstone, Cracoe, Thorpe, Burnsall and Howgill before climbing up to Simon's Seat (pictured) and returning via the Valley of Desolation.
