Runners welcome. Entry is through SiEntries or the downloadable entry form. Closing date for pre-entries is Wednesday 11th March 2020 or Sunday 8th March for postal applications without an e-mail address. Limit of 300. 14-18 years accepted on 17 mile route, but must be accompanied by parent/guardian throughout
