Route
Meet Bugthorpe church (just off the A166 east of Stamford Bridge). There are a few parking spaces at the small hall on Barf Lane [SE773577], otherwise please park with consideration on the Main Street close to the church
The walk will explore the western edge of the Wolds and little walked but attractive lower-lying country to the west, where there are limited rights of way enforcing some stretches on quiet country lanes
