Day/Night Walk (so bring Headtorch) to view Perseid Meteor Shower if clear. 30 minute pub stop at Lion Inn Blakey (for drinks only) then 8.2 miles on roads back to start. Estimated finish time 02.15 Sunday morning. Assistance Dogs Only.

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
