A standardised barcoded tally card for events

Posted on 2016-11-09

From David Morgan:

In order to make the life of LDWA members who have responsibility for organising challenge events easier, some of the documentation that is being standardised for the annual 100 mile event is also being made available for all local groups to use.

Please note that a standardised barcoded tally card has now been added to the server together with instructions on how to use it. The tally card is the invention of Chris Pitt from Dorset LDWA and I am very grateful to him for sharing his work.

The tally card can easily be adapted for smaller events, can have an event logo added and can be used with the LDWA PACER Event Management System. It can be accessed from within the administration pages available to local LDWA group committee members who have the appropriate permissions.
