Wild Yorkshire Way Goredale Scar Alternative

N Yorkshire

6 km / 4 miles
The walking around here is some of the finest in the UK, and this wonderful alternative route takes in the awesome Goredale Scar limestone chasm. It's a tricky scramble, otherwise this would have been the main route, but it's well worth the small detour. Indeed, if you're staying overnight in Malham this would make a good evening walk, if you can drag yourself out of the Buck Inn or Lister Arms
