Saddleworth Five Trig Points Walk

32 km / 20 miles

Gtr Manchester
A tough high level circuit over open moorland and across peat groughs, with parts of the Walk being coincident with the Pennine Way National Trail and other routes in this area. As its name suggests, the route links five trig points on the Saddleworth Moors, namely Alphin Pike, Featherbed Moss, Black Hill, West Nab and Broadstone Hill. Navigational skills recommended.
