North Wales Pilgrim's Way - Taith Pererin Gogledd Cymru

Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd

216 km / 134 miles
A mainly inland route across North Wales linking the Dee estuary with the Lleyn peninsula, where it joins the coast. It celebrates the heritage of those Celtic saints whose stories are lost in the mists of time but whose memory reverberates in ancient churches and at holy wells along the way. The path started its development in 2011 and was officially launched in 2015 with alterations to the original route to suit local concerns. Basingwerk Abbey, Holywell, in the north east of Wales, marks the start of the route which heads through woodland and over rivers, up mountains and along coast paths, through wilderness and into villages. Full mapping and directions are available from the website below.
