The Way runs from the Berkshire Downs near the Uffington White Horse to Newbury along the valley of the River Lambourn connecting the Ridgeway with the Kennet valley. The route passes through the villages of Lambourn, East Garston, Great Shefford and Boxford.

UPDATE JUNE 2020 - Section between Bagnor and Speen.
Please be aware that there may be differences between the route shown on OS Maps and the signposts which include 'West Berkshire Council - Permitted Footpath - Not a public right of way - Persons may use at their own risk'. At present our GPX files have not been amended to reflect this..
