East Highland Trail

132 km / 82 miles

Aberdeenshire, Highlands, Perth
This is the first part of a proposed route to be called the East Highland Trail from Inverness to Stirling via Blair Atholl. This northern section of the trail takes you through the glens of the Cairngorm and Grampian Mountains. Part of the route contains a 35 mile section where bothies are the only accommodation option other than wild camping.
