Dales Walk

Cumbria, N Yorkshire

116 km / 72 miles
The walk follows the River Ure upstream to Aysgarth and Hawes, before traversing the dramatic Mallerstang Valley to Kirkby Stephen. The second part of the walk passes Nine Standards Rigg to Keld, continuing east along the River Swale to finish at Richmond. The Walk links with the Pennine Way at Hawes and Keld, and is coincident in parts with both the Coast to Coast Walk and the Yoredale Way.
