Named after Clarendon Park on the eastern edge of Salisbury, the Way links that city on the River Avon with Winchester on the River Itchen. Crossing the River Test at Kings Somborne, the scenery ranges from the water meadows of the valleys with their charming villages through woodlands to chalk downs with their fine views.
