Bridgend
A relatively flat walk that links towns and villages within a 3-mile radius (roughly) of the town of Bridgend, mainly in rural surroundings though the M4 is crossed. Near the start Ogmore Castle may be visited. The route goes clockwise via Laleston, Sarn, Hendre, Treoes, Corntown, Llampha and St Brides Major.
