Breath of Fresh Air

A 22 mile circular walk exploring the varied countryside south of the historic city of Lancaster. Including shorter route options of 4, 7,11 and 15 miles, the walk is steeped in history and scenic landscapes. Follow the railways of the past along the beautiful estuary of the River Lune as it empties into Morecambe Bay. Enjoy the tranquillity of the canal as it passes through pastoral farmland and onward into the historic city of Lancaster.
