Bradford on Avon Wheel - Outer

Wiltshire

This is a waymarked walking network around Bradford-on-Avon east of Bath. The Wheel consists of an outer circle of 23 miles, an inner circle of 6 miles, and eight spokes (with lengths between 0.6 and 3 miles) connecting the two circles which allow several combinations of route length. The inner and outer circles are almost coincident with each other at one point close to Bradford on Avon Marina so could be combined into a 29-mile route. The outer circle visits eight villages: Holt, Limpley Stoke, Monkton Farleigh, South Wraxall, Staverton, Westwood, Wingfield and Winsley.

The Bradford on Avon Walking Wheel is an innovative collaboration between Bradford on Avon Walkers are Welcome, the local Ramblers group and the Bradford on Avon Area Board (Wiltshire Council).
