Arrows with named hill logoOgwr Ridgeway Walk / Taith Fford Las Ogwr

Bridgend, Rhondda Cynon Taff

21 km / 13 miles
Part of a long ridge walk across South West Wales, the Ogwr Ridgeway links the Taff-Ely Ridgeway Walk (Ffordd y Bryniau) with the Coed Morgannwg Way. It largely follows the tops of the southern Lower Pennant Sandstone ridge from Mynydd y Gaer and Bryn y Wrach, to Mynydd Baeden and Nynydd Margam, taking in the valleys of the Ogwr Fawr and Fach, Garw and Llynfi. The scenery varies from windswept heights with fine views to the woodlands and arable farms of the valley sides and floors.
