Three Peaks of Cheviot Walk

Northumberland

63 km / 39 miles
This upland LDWA Anytime Challenge walk over rough terrain in the Cheviot Hills encircling the Cheviot and involving 5,700ft of ascent, requires good navigational skills. It links the Schil, Windy Gyle and Hedgehope. An alternative route from Wooler, adding 10 miles, is described. Map OS Landranger 75 is needed only if walking from Wooler.
