Falklands Way/The Yomp

A route linking part of the Coast to Coast Walk with the Pennine Way National Trail, which visits Tan Hill, Keld, Muker, Great Shunner Fell, Cotterdale, Swarth Fell Pike and Wild Boar Fell. The publication incorporates the Mallerstang Horseshoe & Nine Standards Yomp with the Falklands Way. The Mallerstang Horseshoe & Nine Standards Yomp 23 miles (now the Yomp) is an annual challenge event usually run at the end of May by the local rotary club as a charity fund raising event.
