Channel to Channel (Devon - Somerset)

Devon, Somerset

80 km / 50 miles
In linking the English and Bristol Channels this route, initiated and developed by members of the Ramblers' Association, avoids the honey-pot area of the Quantocks as it passes through or close to Axminster, Taunton and Wilton along the narrow waist of the south west peninsula. As well as the connection with the South West Coast Path National Trail at Seaton, it links with the West Deane Way at Taunton and ends at Watchet some 8 miles from the start of the South West Coast Path at Minehead.
