Glencoe Independent Hostel, formerly known as Glencoe Hostel & Bunkhouse, is centred around an historic west highland croft in the heart of beautiful Glencoe, offering great value accommodation for groups, families and individuals. It is set in a secluded and peaceful woodland midway between Glencoe village and the Clachaig Inn with immediate access to world class cycling, walking, climbing and kayaking and 20 mins from White Corries ski centre. Relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings or explore further afield to Ardnamurchan, Mull, Fort William and Skye. The hostel has 3x6 and 1x8 bed rooms, a lounge with open fire in winter, cooking and dining facilities. The self catering Alpine bunkhouse sleeps 20 in a large open plan barn ideal for outdoor activity and school groups. There are also caravans for 4 to 6 people and a log cabin for 2-3 people. Drying room and bike storage. Small shop for 2008.
