The day could NOT have been more perfect. From now on I shall consider 13 LUCKY! My brother's (Tony) first challenge and he was so chuffed with the achievement. The 16 mile went down well with my friends. Although they were miffed at having nothing but digestives at the final checkpoint when I had told them they would get sandwiches as that is what we have always got on the 26 miler.
