I am begining to think using your own name on forums is the best option.

Sure is what i will do, cold even help me protect my anonymity, but at least i be visible.

Health is reasonable at the moment but temper is always on short quick fuse, more so when having to escort you know who round Tesco (that place should by law be out of bounds to male walkers)
