Due to a recent landslide as a result of Storm Dennis, Monmouthshire County Council have a path closure in effect. It is on the Wye Valley Walk about half a mile after the checkpoint at Redbrook (GR SO 534 092). In the unlikely event this is not cleared by May, there is a parallel riverside footpath which could be used as an alternative route. Since this footpath was underwater last week, it is somewhat muddy at the present time!
