Not asking for any specific medical info. However, just wondered if any members have been unfortunate enough to have suffered from Cardiac arrest(s) (not heart attack) and what physical rehabilitation they have been able to take? Have you been able to return to previous levels of fitness and if not what have you been able to comfortably get back to and sort of time scales involved?
