Hi Don,
The walks register database that group secretaries can upload documents to can accept jpgs. A photograph, assuming everyone is identifiable and all are happy to have their photo taken, would suffice.

Just a thought, but given the latest direction about taking a register at walks

“It is not a stipulation that a register of attendees is taken, prior to every walk. However it is recommended that all walk leaders complete a register for all walks. A claims notification may be made some time after the date of the walk. As such, it is important to be able to provide evidence of who attended the walk in question, in event of a claim being made at a later stage.

As an actual register is not an official requirement, presumably a group photo would fit the bill?

Not trying to be difficult, just to make life easy.
