Having read in the Chairman’s letter of January 2019 that “The one positive aspect of the process has been that members are now more aware of the Business Plan and the aims and objectives that it seeks to deliver” and having read his report for the AGM I thought I should have a look at the business plan. I searched for it on the LDWA website but failed to find it – for the good reason that it was not there. It is now.
