Thanks for the link. Really entertaining article - and it partly explains why Gary U manages to come storming past me in any event, 100 or otherwise, with no route description in his hand but with an unerring sense of destination. Next time I finish an event I’ll make sure to bang on the roof of his van, where he’ll have been kipping for several hours!
