Merrian, thank you for your most informative research. The 100 was once described as an eating event with some walking thrown in but now, having just amended my maps and route description I can see this years 100 being an even greater challenge. Leaning Over Sideways Syndrome and staggering into the finish will take on a whole new meaning.

I created a list for our BBN walkers, marshals and supporters, of pubs, on or near the route, serving cask ale. I thought others might find the list useful. We'll need a beer after spending a day in our lovely barn. We're also helping at Princetown, where we hope to have some local beer to share.
