Judging by the size of some of the bags, there must have been a few kitchen sinks!

what I would like in my breakfast bag but won't be in or out that I know of -it's weightless but worth a ton- a big hug from someone please! Male/female both welcome- the more I get the happier I will be.

My electric toothbrush I can't be without.

I said toothbrush...minus the attachments.

Consider a meal replacement drink as sometimes you might feel nauseous at the breakfast and won't be able to stomach a large meal.

Graham,
Size/Weight bag stated, mines an old small sports holdall.
Fit in change clothes, for if !!,socks to change into & carry. Toilet bag /towel if you want to wash, energy drink food for backpack.
As Elton, say's i carry socks & change every 25mls, then breakfast & change my food /drink, i don't change or wash unless it's raining.
Don't stand by me at the finish, until i've had my shower.
Keep calm!! Eat/Drink all checkpoints, see you at the finish.
Best wishes, Roy.

The rules specify the maximum size of breakfast bag. I use an old 20 litre daypack. I pack a spare shirt (but never use it), two or three pairs of fresh socks and a pair of shoes/trainers in case the shoes I am wearing are giving me trouble. Usually I don’t change shoes, but like to have the option. I leave my used socks (well wrapped in plastic) in the breakfast bag. I like to put on a fresh pair of socks every 20 – 25 miles.

Decide your criteria for changing shoes at the breakfast point before you start the walk. At 62 miles you’ll probably have been walking for over 20 hours, your mind will be befuddled and decisions will take at least three times as long as normal.

The breakfast bag is delivered to the finish once you have used it at the breakfast point.

As this is my first 100 event, I was wondering what should I put in my breakfast bag !

What size / weight should I limit the bag to ?

If I have a change clothes, does the breakfast bag make it to the finish for me to collect or should I just stick to disposable items ?

What do you put in your bag ?

Any advice appreciated

Thanks

Graham
