Sorry I missed this one - Wonderful photos, great weather, and obviously a nice day out.

But I couldn't find a photo of a pint of beer anywhere.

Thanks once again to all involved for putting this one on again - we really got lucky with the weather, if not so much with the mud (especially between Tebworth and Toddington).

Photos from the 18 mile route (actually just over 19) here.

Many thanks to everyone involved for another great day in the mud. And can I add a possibly broken Garmin to the lost property list? I found it on the route, put it in my bag and forgot all about it until I emptied the bag today. Let me know if it's yours and I'll post it on.

It's all very well patting myself on the back for loading the results onto the BBN website while the last walkers were eating their beans on toast, but fat lot of good if I don't tell anyone. At that stage I was more interested in getting a beer.

Provisional results (69KB). Takes ages to load on my machine, I hope you fare better.

We also have a few items of lost property. Please contact Mike Hyland (entries sec) to reclaim.

Entry limit 300 - 220 entries as at Sunday 4th November 2012.

Photos from the marshals' walk.

Checkpoint 2 on the 18 and 27 is at The Queen's Head, Tebworth. It's run by Colin Edwynn. The pub is in the Good Beer Guide and has Adnams Broadside direct from the cask. We've felt it our duty to confirm the arrangements for the checkpoint 5 times.

There are 3 pubs in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide on the 27 mile route and 3 (not all the same) on the 18 mile route.

So...

if I did both routes, I could visit 6 pubs...

hmmmm

Are you dithering about whether to enter? There are 3 pubs in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide on the 27 mile route and 3 (not all the same) on the 18 mile route.
