This is a team hike event and entries are only accepted as teams of 3. Sorry, no individual hikers. Individuals looking to join a team may enquire via the hike secretary. This popular long-distance competition hiking event has been running since the 1970s and attracts hikers from a wide field. You do not need to be a member of the Scout Association to enter and LDWA members receive a warm welcome every year. Organised by Reading Scouts but is popular with many LDWA members. A shorter 45km route is available for teams of U18s. Full details and entry forms available on the website or by e-mail.
