Through Rye, then follow Rother to Camber, across Romney Marsh,to Royal Military Canal, then inland over western edge of Romney Marsh to Royal Military Canal and again river Rother and Sussex Border path to Wittersham bridge before heading south to Rye via Peasmarsh
