Start is from the west end of West Bay esplanade

Linear walk, West Bay to Beaminster following the hilly western section of the old Hardy Annual Challenge but in reverse, taking in Thorncombe Beacon, Golden Cap, Stonebarrow, Cony Castle, Lamberts Castle, Pilsdon Pen, Lewesdon Hill and Gerrards Hill

General Notes

Please expect a late finish so bring torches just in case and all you need for a days hard walking. Those wishing to take the minibus from Beaminster should be at Yarn Barton Car Park (ST481014) at 08:30. Places on the bus should be booked by 1 March 2019, a nominal charge of £7 will be made for LDWA members who are not primary members of Dorset Group
