General Notes
This is the third year of the Capital Challenge, a 28-mile urban walk taking in London's finest parks and architecture. Celebrating the best of London's green spaces, the route uses almost completely mud-free paths through public parks, over fine town squares and beside waterways. There are 4 checkpoints, of which 2 have simple refreshments, and also cafes at the start & finish, with public transport close to hand and in general. In addition, the route passes a wide variety of shops and cafes along much of its length. Entry limit is 200 - walkers only - and entry is via SiEntries only: https://www.sientries.co.uk/ which opens on 1st November 2018. You can read about last year's event at: https://www.ldwa.org.uk/London/W/5265/2018.html
