The route heads south on the Cumbria Way, onto the shoulder of High Pike, before turning east to follow field paths and passing through settlements and farms on route to Sebergham. After a brief dalliance with the Cumbria Way again, the route returns to Caldbeck via Park Head. Approx. 2,300 feet of ascent
