Hest Bank foreshore c.p. LA2 6HW. A coastal and woodland adventure from Hest Bank to Carnforth, past the Yealands to Slackhead and the Fairy Steps and back via Hawes Water, Leighton Moss, Warton Crag and the Lancaster Canal. Almost within site of the cars, an optional three miles will take the willing few past Morecambe golf course and back on the beach up the coast to the c.p. at Hest Bank. Dogs to be on short leads
