With over 6790ft of ascent on scenic Black Mountains, passing through Llanbedr then 8ml of ascent onto Waun Fach (highest point in Black Mountains), with optional 5.5ml endurance section. Route follows Black Dragon's Back to Pengenfford (refrshmnt);1000ft climb to Mynydd Troed, & Mynydd Llangorse descending to Pentre (refrshmnt);then 1800ft climb to Pen-Allt-Mawr, along ridge to Pen Cerrig Calch & downhill via Table Mountain to finish

General Notes
Those not reaching Pentre (Cp7) by 16.00 will be asked to retire. Full kit check at start & randomly en route. All entrants over 18 on day of event. NO DOGS ALLOWED. Free parking and transport for retirees. Showers & hot drinks & biscs at finish
