This promises to be a strenuous but fascinating day's walk visiting 4 of the 9 summits of the Bennachie 'range'. All in all there will be around 3,400' asc but the views will be stunning, if the weather is kind. The route will cover granite tops, moorland and forest trails and will visit an Iron Age Fort and the Pictish Maiden Stone
