From Wooler Youth Hostel, Cheviot Street, Wooler

Walk into the heart of the Cheviots wth 4,000ft of ascent, taking in the summits of Cheviot (2,676ft) and Hedgehope (2,348ft). The route is unmarked - choose your own path as long as the 7 manned Cps are visited in the correct order. Short section on rd, otherwise route is on mix of tks, fps, sheep paths and trackless fell (can be soft underfoot). Ability to navigate by map and compass is essential.

Kit checks at registration. Although taking place in mid-summer the sun is never certain to shine and low cloud is a distinct posssibiity; therefore you must be prepared to navigate and keep comfortable and dry. Entrants must be over 18 by 1 Jan 2016. Organised by Wooler Running Club
