It's time to formally remind the group's membership of the details of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Date: Sunday 1st December 2019 (following a walk and xmas meal)

As per the 3-year rule in the group's constitution, the Walks Secretary role needs to be re-elected at the forthcoming AGM. Bruce Barclay has been invited to fill the role of Walks Secretary vacated by Andy Todd. Further nominations are invited for the role.
As you are no doubt aware, Lesley Bellis is leaving the group to move 'home' to Northumberland. The group therefore has a vacancy for a new Chair. Nominations are invited for this role.
Motions are also invited from members for discussion at the AGM.
Nominations and motions must be received by the group's Secretary by Sunday 17th November 2019.
