Walk Leaders - Kate Motley

The 'Fish and Chip' walk went ahead this year even though the weather was disappointing. As in previous years the evening started with a very enjoyable 5 mile circular walk around Eccleston lead by Kate. It was an interesting landscape around the villages of Eccleston and Croston passing through fields of lively young cattle and even Shire horses!

As we re-entered Eccleston it was time for a short stop for drinks, there was no sitting outside this year, before returning to Kate & Mikes for our fish and chips and birthday celebrations as Mike was 70.

The group would like to thank Kate and Mike for organising this event which was enjoyed by all.
