The 'Tea and Cakes' walk was a great idea by Glyn & Julie and it certainly proved to be very popular.

It celebrates the success of the Tuesday walking group, where there is a very good 10 mile walk, with excellent company.

How could we not enjoy this with such a fine selection of cakes to be had served with cream! along with plentiful tea and coffee.  

We stopped for tea, coffee and cakes at the Greendale Restaurant on Downham Road Chatburn which was excellent, so who knows we may go back again.
