The evening social walk was a great success. After meeting at the Ley Inn pub Dave Turner took us on a very pleasant walk through Cuerden valley. This really did give us the chance to get talking and catch up with one another, particularly with some members we have not seen for a while at the regular monthly meetings which was great.  After such a pleasant walk in the evening sun we were all ready for a drink at the pub when we got back, so we sat outside with our drinks for more social banter which was great fun. We all enjoyed the evening so much that Dave agreed to do the same in August.
